Business Process & Information System is a second semester course at ICC College that focuses on how organizations operate through structured processes and the role of information systems in supporting these operations. The course introduces methods for analyzing, designing, and improving business processes while showing how technology can be applied to increase efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making. Students will learn how information systems link people, data, and workflows to achieve better business outcomes.
