MR. JOHN RAEM
Founder & Managing Director
As the Founder and Managing Director of International Computer College (ICC), John Raem holds the overall responsibility for establishing, leading, and developing the institution in line with its educational vision and long-term goals. Having founded the college, he serves as the driving force behind its growth, ensuring that ICC continues to provide quality education, maintain strong institutional standards, and remain financially sustainable.
In his role as Managing Director, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the college while also working closely with the Board Council on major decisions affecting the future direction of the institution.
MR. PETER AMOS
Board Council Chairman
As Board Council Chairman of International Computer College (ICC), Mr. Peter Amos holds the responsibility of leading the Board Council and providing governance oversight to ensure that the institution operates effectively, responsibly, and in accordance with its long-term vision and objectives.
He serves as the senior leader of the Board Council and works closely with the Founder and Managing Director, Mr. John Raem, together with other Board members, to provide guidance, oversight, and leadership on matters relating to the growth, governance, financial accountability, and overall future direction of the college.
His role is to ensure that decisions made by the Board Council protect the interests of the institution and contribute positively to the continued development and reputation of International Computer College.
MR. PHILIP SIUNE
Board Council Secretary
As Board Council Secretary of International Computer College (ICC), Mr. Philip Siune is responsible for supporting the effective operation of the Board Council by managing official Board administration, maintaining institutional records, coordinating communication between Board members and management, and ensuring proper documentation of Board decisions and governance processes.
He plays an important role in ensuring that the Board Council functions in an organized, transparent, and professional manner. Working closely with the Board Council Chairman, Mr. Peter Amos, and the Founder and Managing Director, Mr. John Raem, he helps maintain proper governance procedures and ensures all official Board matters are properly recorded and communicated.
MR. KENNET PULI
Board Council Member
As a Board Council Member of International Computer College (ICC), Mr. Kennet Puli is responsible for contributing to the governance, strategic decision-making, and overall development of the institution. He serves as part of the Board Council leadership team and works together with the Board Council Chairman, Secretary, and Founder and Managing Director to ensure that the college operates effectively and continues to achieve its long-term educational goals.
His role is to provide independent advice, participate in important institutional decisions, and support the Board Council in maintaining strong governance, accountability, and the continued growth of International Computer College.
